Merger | BNYM MUNICIPAL INCOME | 18th June 2025

Initially announced on April 14, 2025 BNYM MUNICIPAL INCOME announced the Plan of Reorganization to allow the Fund to transfer all of its assets to BNY Mellon AMT-Free Municipal Bond Fund, an open-end investment company. Shareholders approved the Plan on June 2, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Merger is expected to be completed on June 18, 2025. Trading in shares of BNYM MUNICIPAL INCOME is expected to be halted effective June 18, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BNYM MUNICIPAL INCOME will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BNYM MUNICIPAL INCOME (DMF.A) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/06/2025
