Initially announced on June 9, 2025 BLACKROCK MUNIYIELD NEW YORK Q made a stock offer for BLACKROCK NEW YORK MUNI INC of 1.02143002 shares per BLACKROCK NEW YORK MUNI INC share held. BLACKROCK NEW YORK MUNI INC shareholders approved the Merger on October 15, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Merger is expected to be completed on February 9, 2026. Trading in shares of BLACKROCK NEW YORK MUNI INC is expected to be halted effective February 9, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.
