Initially announced on June 9, 2025 BLACKROCK MUNIHOLDINGS FUND made a stock offer for BLACKROCK MUNICIPAL INCOME QUA of 0.93562479 shares per BLACKROCK MUNICIPAL INCOME QUA share held. BLACKROCK MUNICIPAL INCOME QUA shareholders approved the Merger on October 15, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Merger is expected to be completed on February 9, 2026. Trading in shares of BLACKROCK MUNICIPAL INCOME QUA is expected to be halted effective February 9, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BLACKROCK MUNICIPAL INCOME QUA will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of BLACKROCK MUNIHOLDINGS FUND (MHD.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 12/02/2026
