Initially announced on June 9, 2025 BLACKROCK MUNIHOLDINGS CALIFOR made a stock offer for BLACKROCK CALIFOR MUNI IN TR of 1.02530147 shares per BLACKROCK CALIFOR MUNI IN TR share held. BLACKROCK CALIFOR MUNI IN TR shareholders approved the Merger on October 15, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Merger is expected to be completed on February 9, 2026. Trading in shares of BLACKROCK CALIFOR MUNI IN TR is expected to be halted effective February 9, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BLACKROCK CALIFOR MUNI IN TR will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BLACKROCK CALIFOR MUNI IN TR (BFZ.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
