MARKET CONSULTATION ON THE REPLACEMENT OF USD 3-M LIBOR IN THE UBS MARKET PIONEERS INDEX | March 2022

Solactive is inviting all stakeholders and interested third parties to evaluate the proposed changes to the Methodology for the REPLACEMENT OF USD 3-M LIBOR IN THE UBS MARKET PIONEERS INDEX and welcomes any feedback on how this may affect and/or improve their use of Solactive indices.

The detailed descriptions of the proposed changes can be found in the attached documents.

Stakeholders and third parties who are interested in participating in this Market Consultation, are invited to respond until 1st April 2022.

The change mentioned is currently planned to become effective on 2nd of May 2022.
