Market Consultation Methodology Amendment: Treatment To Eligibility Criteria And Issuer Capping Methodology In The Selection Rules Of The Solactive Hilton Capital BDC Corporate Bond TR Index

Solactive AG has decided to conduct a Market Consultation with regard to changing the Index Methodology of the following index (the ‘Index’):

Solactive AG is inviting all stakeholders and interested third parties to provide feedback on the proposed methodology amendment.

The detailed descriptions of the proposed changes can be found in the attached documents.

Stakeholders and third parties who are interested in participating in this Market Consultation, are invited to respond until 9 October 2025 (cob).

Subject to feedback received on this Market Consultation, the changes mentioned above are intended to become effective on 23 October 2025.
