Mandatory Conversion | U-BLOX AG | 20th October 2025

On 27 August 2025, ZI Zenith Sarl Luxembourg launched a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of U-BLOX AG. Each shareholder of U-BLOX AG will receive CHF 135 in cash for every share held. On October 15, 2025 the results of the tender offer period was announced with acceptances reaching 67.51 percent of the total shares outstanding of U-BLOX AG. Shareholders, who have not tendered their shares, can still accept the offer during the additional acceptance period, which runs until (included) October 29 2025. The closing of the Takeover Offer is still subject to further regulatory conditions. As the conditions are met, as these have been set 2.1.7.2 of the Solactive methodology, Solactive AG will apply a mandatory conversion to the indices on a one to one basis. U-BLOX AG (ISIN: CH0033361673) will be replaced by U-BLOX AG (TENDERED SHARES) (ISIN: CH1480715999).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• U-BLOX AG will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of U-BLOX AG (TENDERED SHARES) (UBXNE.S) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 20/10/2025
