Mandatory Conversion | ASTRAZENECA PLC-SPONS ADR | 2nd February 2026

On November 3, 2025, of ASTRAZENECA PLC approved the cancellation of its ADR program via a mandatory conversion of ASTRAZENECA PLC-SPONS ADR shares into ASTRAZENECA PLC shares at the ratio of 0.5 ASTRAZENECA PLC share per one ADR share. The termination of the ADR shares is expected to be effective on February 2, 2026. In connection with the termination, ASTRAZENECA PLC shares will be uplisted from OTC to NYSE effective February 2, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ASTRAZENECA PLC-SPONS ADR will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of ASTRAZENECA PLC (AZNCF.PK) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 02/02/2026
