IOSCO Status Change of Solactive Administrated Indices | Effective Date 13th February 2026

Solactive AG (“Solactive“) hereby announces that Solactive will discontinue its role as benchmark administrator in accordance with Principles for Financial Benchmarks published by the International Organization of Securities Commissions in July 2013 (the “IOSCO“) with effect from 13 February 2026 (the “Effective Date“) for the indices listed in the following table (the “Indices“). Accordingly, the Indices are no longer eligible for use as benchmarks within the meaning of the IOSCO. The Indices will continue to be calculated by Solactive and made available to licensed users via the agreed communication channels. The Indices will no longer be published on the Solactive website from the Effective Date.
