Informative Notice | UNILEVER PLC | Spin Off

Dear Clients,

Solactive AG notes the announcement of the board of UNILEVER PLC (ULVR.L) whereby it resolved with the approval of the demerger of its Ice Cream Business.

The demerger will result in  The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. (TMICC) becoming a listed company separate from UNILEVER PLC.

Upon completion of the Demerger, UNILEVER PLC (ULVR.L ; ULVR.AS) shareholders will receive one share in TMICC for every five UNILEVER PLC shares.

Trading in shares of The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. will commence on London Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam on November 10, 2025.

The price of UNILEVER PLC (ULVR.L ; ULVR.AS) will be quoted ex Spin-Off, expected on November 10, 2025 after the Spin-Off becomes effective.

On the effective date of the spin-off ie November 10, 2025 , Solactive AG will treat this event as per Equity Index Methodology whereby the spin -off company TMICC will be added to the index with a price of zero. The Index calculation will be switched to official prices once the spin-off company starts to trade.

Following the Demerger and conditional on its completion, it is also proposed that UNILEVER PLC (ULVR.L ; ULVR.AS)  will consolidate its existing issued share capital in order to reduce the total number of Unilever Shares in issue (while increasing the nominal value per share).  The effective date of the consolidation is expected to be November 11, 2025. Solactive AG will implement the consolidation once the terms are announced.
