Extraordinary Rebalance in accordance with the Correction Policy | Solactive Climate Change Europe BTI Index | Effective Date April 5th 2024

Today, on the 25th March 2024, Solactive announces that an error in the composition of the Index constituents of the following Indices (the ‘Affected Indices’) has been detected:

The correction is made by way of an Extraordinary Rebalance in accordance with Section 4.2 of the Correction Policy that is available on Solactive website at: https://www.solactive.com/documents/correction-policy/.

Description of the Error

The rebalance with Selection Date of 8th March 2024 and Effective Date of 18th March 2024 resulted in several securities being deleted from the Affected Indices due to their corresponding missing dividend data from audited financial statements. The error has been rectified by an update to our selection model.

Specifications of the Extraordinary Rebalance

In accordance with the Correction Policy, the date of error discovery will be regarded as an extraordinary selection day (the “Extraordinary Selection Day”). For the purpose of this extraordinary rebalance, the Extraordinary Selection Day is 20th March 2024.

In this Extraordinary Rebalance, the following composition will be implemented over a period starting on 27th March 2024 cob and ending on 04th April 2024 cob. The new composition will be fully reflected in the index with effective open 05th April 2024:
