Extraordinary Adjustment | Solactive Global Uranium & Nuclear Components Total Return Index (SOLURANT) | Effective Date 13/08/2020

To reflect the changes to the Index Universe of the updated Index Guideline in a timely manner, the Oversight Committee has determined to perform an Extraordinary Adjustment being selected on 13 of August, 2020 (Selection Day).

For the purpose of this Extraordinary Adjustment, the “Adjustment Day” shall be the Trading Day 10 Business Days after the Selection Day.  

The definition of Business Day from the Index Guideline shall be applied: “A “Business Day” is a day on which New York Stock Exchange is open for trading.”

Defined terms used in this announcement, but not defined herein, have the meaning assigned to them in the respective index guideline of the Index. The amended version of the index guideline will be available on the effective date.
