Dear all,

Due to the acquisition of Valens Company by SNDL Inc., it will be deleted from the index composition on close of January 17^th 2023 (effective open January 18^th 2023) and the remaining constituents will be reweighted as of January 12^th 2023 as reflected in Section 2.3 of the methodology.

In the ordinary rebalance, the following index composition will be implemented effective open 18.01.2023:
