Delisting | U-BLOX AG (TENDERED SHARES) | 24th November 2025

On 27 August 2025, ZI Zenith Sarl Luxembourg launched a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of U-BLOX AG. Each shareholder of U-BLOX AG will receive CHF 135 in cash for every share held. On November 11, 2025 U-BLOX AG announced that the offer conditions like Competition Clearances and Other Regulatory Approvals) of the Offer Prospectus has been satisfied. The closing of the offer is scheduled for November 26, 2025. U-BLOX AG last trading day will be November 21, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• U-BLOX AG (TENDERED SHARES) will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of U-BLOX AG (TENDERED SHARES) (UBXNE.S) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 24/11/2025
