Delisting | MACROMILL INC | 17th June 2025

On November 15, 2024, TJ1 Co., Ltd announced it to acquire the common shares of MACROMILL INC through a tender offer. MACROMILL INC shareholders would receive JPY 1275 in cash for every share held. On March 19, 2025, the tender offer result was announced with TJ1 Co., Ltd holding 66.19% of the share capital of MACROMILL INC. On April 21, 2025, MACROMILL INC announced the delisting of its shares would be effective on June 17, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MACROMILL INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MACROMILL INC (3978.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/06/2025
