Delisting | ING GROEP NV 6 3/8 % PERPETUAL HYBRID CAP SECS 2007-WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY | 17th June 2019

Due to the delisting of ING Groep NV 6 3/8 % Perpetual Hybrid Cap Secs 2007-Without fixed maturity, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

Solactive US Pref
Solactive US Preferred Share Select Index

  • ING Groep NV 6 3/8 % Perpetual Hybrid Cap Secs 2007-Without fixed maturity will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of ING Groep NV 6 3/8 % Perpetual Hybrid Cap Secs 2007-Without fixed maturity based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 06/17/2019.
