Delisting | INDIVIOR PLC | 25th July 2025

INDIVIOR PLC announced a Delisting on June 2, 2025. Following the London Delisting, the Company will maintain its listing of its Ordinary Shares on Nasdaq. The Delisting is expected to be completed on July 25, 2025, the last day of trading of the Ordinary Shares on the LSE will be July 24, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INDIVIOR PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of INDIVIOR PLC (INDV.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
