The New York Stock Exchange LLC announced today that the staff of NYSE Regulation has determined to commence proceedings to delist FUSION ACQUISITION CORP II-A from the NYSE. Trading in the USION ACQUISITION CORP II-A will be suspended immediately. FUSION ACQUISITION CORP II-A will be removed from the index effective October 23, 2023.

• The weight of FUSION ACQUISITION CORP II-A (FSNB.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
