The mandatory conversion date of CLARIVATE PLC 5.25% MANDATORY CONV PREF SHS is scheduled for June 3, 2024. On this date, the preferred shares will be converted into CLARIVATE PLC common shares at a ratio to be announced. The last trading day for CLARIVATE PLC 5.25% MANDATORY CONV PREF SHS will be May 31, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The weight of CLARIVATE PLC (CLVT_pa.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
