On June 28, 2024, Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft has notified the BNY Mellon that it wishes to terminate the ADS. The BAYERISCHE MOTOREN WERKE AG ADSs will be terminated at the close of September 26, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The weight of BAYERISCHE MOTOREN WERKE AG (BMWYY.PK) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
