Delisting | ATLANTSKA PLOVIDBA DD | 30th January 2025

On December 12, 2024 ATLANTSKA PLOVIDBA DD shareholders approved delisting proposal from the Zagreb bourse. ATLANTSKA PLOVIDBA DD shareholders will receive 48.37 euro per share. The last trading day of ATLANTSKA PLOVIDBA DD shares is January 23, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ATLANTSKA PLOVIDBA DD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ATLANTSKA PLOVIDBA DD (ATPL.ZA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 30/01/2025
