Delisting | ALT ORD | 1st September 2025

On 28 July 2025, ALT ORD disclosed an investigation report that it had received from a third-party committee established to investigate the possibility of overstatement of sales revenue. According to the investigation report, it was revealed, among other matters, that the majority of sales revenue, approximately 80-90%, from the fiscal year ended December 2021 to the fiscal year ended December 2024 was overstated, and the Company’s executives were involved in recording fabricated sales for licenses of its product “AI GIJIROKU,” creating the appearance of transactions with distributors without actual issuance of product accounts, for the period from around June 2021 to March 2025. As a result, the JPX has decided to delist the Company’s stock with the effective date to be set as 1 September 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ALT ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ALT ORD (260A.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/09/2025
