Delisting | AKER CARBON CAPTURE ASA | 13th October 2025

Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting of AKER CARBON CAPTURE ASA held on 5 August 2025 where the general meeting resolved to liquidate the Company and the announcement made on 1 October 2025, where it was announced that the Company’s Board of Directors resolved to distribute a liquidation dividend to its shareholders, with the ex-date for such liquidation dividend set to 13 October 2025. Each shareholder will receive NOK 0.137 in cash for every share held. The last trading date is expected to be October 10, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AKER CARBON CAPTURE ASA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AKER CARBON CAPTURE ASA (ACCA.OL) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/10/2025
