On April 17, 2025, AI TRANSPORTATION ACQUISITION CORP announced that trading of its shares on Nasdaq was suspended on the opening of April 16, 2025. And Nasdaq will remove the company’s stock from listing and registration. The company anticipates the shares will be quoted on the OTC Pink Market. Solactive will remove AI TRANSPORTATION ACQUISITION from the indices effective on April 23, 2025 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AI TRANSPORTATION ACQUISITION ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AI TRANSPORTATION ACQUISITION ORD (AITR.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
