Following the acquisition of ISS by Deutsche Börse and because of its guidelines for conflicts of interest, ISS is not allowed to collect ESG data about Deutsche Börse AG. As a result, due to conflict of interest, Deutsche Börse is no longer covered by ISS and excluded from the ESG universe, as a result the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• Deutsche Börse will be removed from the index.
• The weight of Deutsche Börse AG (DB1Gn.DE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01 Apr 2021
