Deletion | CNOOC LTD | 1st February 2023

CNOOC LTD is to be removed from the indices on 1 February 2023 at its last traded price. The deletion is being made as a result of Presidential Executive Order 13959 (Addressing the threat from securities investments that finance Communist Chinese Military Companies). The decision to remove from Solactive administered indices was supported by a market consultation. Due to the deletion of CNOOC LTD, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• CNOOC LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CNOOC LTD (600938.SH) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/02/2023
