Deletion | AMSC ASA | 21st October 2025

Reference is made to the ordinary general meeting of AMSC ASA held on 24 April 2025, where the general meeting resolved to liquidate the Company, and the announcement made on 8 October 2025, where the Company?s Board of Directors resolved to distribute a liquidation dividend of NOK 1.481 per share to its shareholders. The ex-date for the liquidation dividend is set to 21 October 2025. The last trading date is expected to be 20 October 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AMSC ASA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AMSC ASA (AMSCM.OL) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 21/10/2025
