Rationale for the Correction
Solactive has determined that due to an error in the provision of market data, the Affected Indices contain securities (the ‘Affected Securities’) which do not meet the following selection criteria:
- Issuer total remaining principal amount outstanding of all bonds from the issuer: at least USD 1 bn.
To correct the error in accordance with the Solactive Correction Policy, the Oversight Committee has decided to remove the Affected Securities (listed below) from the Affected Indices on three successive Selection Days in February, March and April 2021. This schedule has been chosen so as to limit the impact on the Affected Indices and minimize the additional turnover within the Index constituents. The Correction will be supplementary to the security additions and deletions identified during the Ordinary Rebalance on these Selection Days.
