Change of Listing | VERADIGM INC | 4th March 2024

On February 27, 2024, VERADIGM INC received a notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC indicating that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has determined to delist the Company’s common stock. VERADIGM INC does not intend to appeal the decision and expects its shares to be quoted OTC under the existing ticker MDRX. Trading in shares of VERADIGM INC will be suspended from the Nasdaq effective February 29, 2024. VERADIGM INC will remain in the index using latest available prices until its removal.

• VERADIGM INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of VERADIGM INC (MDRX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/03/2024
