Change of Listing | TELEFONICA SA-SPON ADR | 21st January 2026

On December 17, 2025 TELEFONICA SA-SPON ADR announced that it intends to voluntary delist its American Depositary Shares from the NYSE exchange. TELEFONICA SA-SPON ADR intends to convert its current ADR Program into a Level 1 ADR Program, which will give existing ADS holders the option to continue to hold ADSs, and facilitate trading on the OTC market. The Change of Listing is expected to be completed on January 20, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TELEFONICA SA-SPON ADR will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TELEFONICA SA-SPON ADR (TEF.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 21/01/2026
