On September 25, 2023, New York Stock Exchange announced that the staff of NYSE Regulation has determined to commence proceedings to delist securities of SUNLIGHT FINANCIAL HOLDINGS INC from New York Stock Exchange. Trading in the Company?s Securities has been suspended immediately. SUNLIGHT FINANCIAL HOLDINGS INC announced a Change of Listing from NYSE to OTC on September 25, 2023. The Change of Listing is expected to be completed on September 26, 2023

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SUNLIGHT FINANCIAL HOLDINGS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SUNLIGHT FINANCIAL HOLDINGS INC (SUNL.PK) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
