Change of Listing | SLAM CORP-A | 30th August 2024

On August 24, 2024 SLAM CORP-A announced that the Company as anticipated, received a notice from Nasdaq Stock Exchange that SLAM CORP-A securities will be delisted from the Exchange. At the open of August 27, 2024 Slam’s securities will be suspended on Nasdaq and are expected to begin trading on the OTC Markets.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SLAM CORP-A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SLAM CORP-A (SLAMF.PK) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 30/08/2024
