Change of Listing | SENDAS DISTRIBUIDORA SA | 13th January 2025

On December 19, 2024, SENDAS DISTRIBUIDORA SA announced its intention to voluntarily delist its American Depositary Shares from the NYSE. The delisting is expected to occur on January 10, 2025, at which point the SENDAS DISTRIBUIDORA SA ADSs will being trading OTC. SENDAS DISTRIBUIDORA SA expects to file a form 15F with the SEC to deregister the ADSs at a later date.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SENDAS DISTRIBUIDORA SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SENDAS DISTRIBUIDORA SA (ASAI.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/01/2025
