Change of Listing | NEXXEN INTERNATIONAL LTD | 17th February 2025

On February 6, 2025 NEXXEN INTERNATIONAL LTD announced upcoming changes for the current trading structure. London listed Ordinary Shares (NEXN.L) will be cancelled from admission to trading on AIM and New Ordinary Shares will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker “NEXN”. On 17 February (open) the company will apply a 2 for 1 reverse split after which two Ordinary Shares will be represented by one New Share. One already listed ADR (NEXN.N), will represent one New Share. The London listing of Ordinary Shares as well as the ADRs will be cancelled effective 17 February (open) in exchange for New Shares, which are expected to start trading on February 18, 2025. NEXN.L will be removed from the Solactive Indices effective 17 February (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NEXXEN INTERNATIONAL LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NEXXEN INTERNATIONAL LTD (NEXN.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/02/2025
