Change of Listing | NEPTUNE WELLNESS SOLUTIONS INC | 11th March 2024

On November 30, 2023, NEPTUNE WELLNESS SOLUTIONS INC was informed by Nasdaq that it was out of listing compliance and will be delisted. NEPTUNE WELLNESS SOLUTIONS INC appealed this decision, which was denied at the Panel hearing on February 29, 2024. As a result, NEPTUNE WELLNESS SOLUTIONS INC common shares will be suspended from Nasdaq effective March 7, 2024 and the company will seek an OTC listing.

• The weight of NEPTUNE WELLNESS SOLUTIONS INC (NEPT.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
