Change of Listing | HMMC.NLB | Solactive Select Junior Gold Miners | Effective Date 6th February 2026

Due to a sourcing issue for the price of the instrument HMMC.NLB from our pricing data vendor and Solactive’s preference for the usage of the primary listing for it’s index components, which we have deemed as HMMC.V, we are announcing a 1 to 1 change in the share line used within the Solactive Select Junior Gold Miners Index for HMMC.NLB to the TSX Venture listing, HMMC.V and will be reflected in the closing files today.
