Change of Listing | HERAMBA ELECTRIC PLC | 2nd May 2025

Following the opening of ordinary insolvency proceedings over the assets of HERAMBA ELECTRIC PLC with the local court of Düsseldorf in Germany, NASDAQ Staff has determined that HERAMBA ELECTRIC PLC securities will be delisted from The Nasdaq Stock Market. Accordingly, trading of HERAMBA ELECTRIC PLC ordinary shares and warrants will be suspended at the opening of business on April 29, 2025, and a Form 25-NSE will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission which will remove the Company’s securities from listing and registration on The Nasdaq Stock Market. HERAMBA ELECTRIC PLC will be quoted OTC beginning April 29, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• HERAMBA ELECTRIC PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of HERAMBA ELECTRIC PLC (PITEF.PK) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 02/05/2025
