Change in the Underlying | Solactive Global Economy Total Return Index | 7th June 2019

On Close of Business 7th June 2019, the fund AMUNDI FUNDS II – PIONEER U.S. FUNDAMENTAL GROWTH (ISIN LU0353248106, the “Fund”), which has been used as an index component in the Solactive Global Economy Total Return Index (the “Index”), was merged into another fund, the AMUNDI FUNDS PIONEER US EQUITY FUNDAMENTAL GROWTH (ISIN LU1883854199, the “Target Fund”) and as a result, the Fund ceased to exist.

Solactive has decided to replace the Fund with the Target Fund as new index component in the Index.

Due to the fact, that the features of the Fund and the Target Fund are similar (except the legal corporate form) and only the assets of the Fund are included in the Target Fund, Solactive is of the opinion that this does not trigger a change of the index methodology.

The change will be applied for the calculation of the Index from the Calculation Day (as defined in the index guideline) immediately following the 7th June 2019.
