Change in Ownership, Administration, and Renaming of JPMorgan Asset Management Carbon Transition Global Equity Index | Effective Date 31/07/2025

Today, on the 07/07/2025, Solactive announces the transition of ownership and role of administrator under the EU Benchmarks Regulation ((EU) 2016/1011) of the following Indices (the ‘Affected Indices’) from J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. to Solactive AG:

Effective 31 July 2025 (the “Effective Date”), Solactive AG assumes full ownership of the Affected Indices and has become the Index Administrator. Prior to this transition, Solactive AG was responsible for the calculation and dissemination of the Index levels on behalf of J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. Going forward, Solactive AG will continue to calculate and disseminate the Index levels in its new capacity as the Index Administrator.

As part of this transition, the Affected Indices will be renamed as specified in the table above in the column “New Name” (the “Renamed Indices”). The Renamed Indices will continue to be available under the same identifier and ISIN, ensuring continuity and consistency for all users.

In addition, a technical adjustment to the index methodology of the Affected Indices will be implemented. However, the fundamental methodology governing the composition, calculation, and maintenance of the Affected Indices remains unchanged. The Renamed Indices are the designed successors of the respective transitioned Affected Indices, maintaining alignment with their original purpose and principles. The guideline for the Renamed Indices becomes effective on the Effective Date and is available under the link here. For clarification, the next ordinary index rebalance for the Affected Indices will thus take place after the Effective Date will thus take place, in line with the guideline for the Renamed Indices, on the first Wednesday in August.
