Bond Index Methodology Change | Change of Pricing Provider | Effective Date: 1st March 2021

As of today, Solactive AG announces the following change to the Bond Index Methodology (https://www.solactive.com/documents/bond-index-methodology/), effective on 1st March 2021 (“Effective Date”):

Currently Solactive AG defines in the Bond Index Methodology, in Section 3, Definitions, the term PRICING PROVIDER as follows:

• “Pricing Provider” is Interactive Data Corporation (part of the ICE group), if not specified otherwise in the Index Guidelines.

As of the EFFECTIVE DATE, Solactive AG will change this definition to be:

• “Pricing Provider” is, in respect of an Index Component, specified in the List of Bond Pricing Provider which is incorporated by reference and available on the SOLACTIVE website (https://www.solactive.com/documents/bond-pricing-provider/), if not specified otherwise in the Index Guidelines.

The amended version of the Bond Index Methodology will be available on the Effective Date.
