Bankruptcy | WOLFSPEED INC | 1st July 2025

On June 22, 2025, WOLFSPEED INC entered into a Restructuring Support Agreement. The Restructuring is expected to be effectuated through a plan of reorganization under a voluntary proceeding pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. As a result, WOLFSPEED INC will be removed from the index effective July 1, 2025. If it is not trading on the primary stock exchange or any alternative eligible exchange, then the removal price will be zero.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• WOLFSPEED INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of WOLFSPEED INC (WOLF.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/07/2025
