Bankruptcy | MYNARIC AG NA O.N. | 5th June 2025

On May 28, 2025 announced the approval of the restructuring plan proposed by MYNARIC AG NA O.N. in accordance with the German Corporate Stabilization and Restructuring Act. The restructuring plan provides for a simplified reduction of the MYNARIC AG NA O.N. share capital to zero as part of the financial restructuring. This will lead to the exit of MYNARIC AG NA O.N. current shareholders without compensation and the delisting of MYNARIC AG NA O.N. shares. MYNARIC AG NA O.N. delisted on June 2, 2025. Solactive AG will remove MYNARIC AG NA O.N. from the indices on June 5, 2025 at a price of zero.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MYNARIC AG NA O.N. will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MYNARIC AG NA O.N. (M0YNn.DE) based on deal terms will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 05/06/2025
