Bankruptcy | GREEN HYDROGEN SYSTEMS A/S | 14th April 2025
On March 10, 2025, GREEN HYDROGEN SYSTEMS A/S announced the filing of a petition for an in-court restructuring of the Company to be prepared under the Danish Insolvency Act, and restructuring proceedings were commenced before the Bankruptcy Court of Kolding. On April 1, 2025 the statutory restructuring plan was adopted by creditors. GREEN HYDROGEN SYSTEMS A/S will be removed from the index effective April 14, 2025. If it is not trading on the primary stock exchange or any alternative eligible exchange, then the removal price will be zero.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- GREEN HYDROGEN SYSTEMS A/S will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of GREEN HYDROGEN SYSTEMS A/S (GREENH.CO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
