Rationale for Methodology Change
Solactive will adjust the rebalance frequency of the Solactive SoFi US 500 Growth Index to preserve Index diversification and address potential imbalances caused by high-growth constituents becoming overweight. Going forward, the Index will be rebalanced semi-annually, rather than annually. Rebalancing will take place on the first Wednesday of May and November
