Initially announced on August 14, 2023 HARMONY BIOSCIENCES HOLDINGS INC made a cash offer for ZYNERBA PHARMACEUTICALS INC of USD 1.1059 per share held plus a contingent value right per share. The tender offer closes on September 26, 2023. In order to offer the best replicability of the indices due to the presence of the CVR and avoid any risk in case ZYNERBA PHARMACEUTICALS INC shares are halted early, Solactive AG will remove ZYNERBA PHARMACEUTICALS INC from the indices on September 27, 2023.

The below treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• ZYNERBA PHARMACEUTICALS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ZYNERBA PHARMACEUTICALS INC (ZYNE.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
