Due to the acquisition of ZIX CORP by PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• ZIX CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ZIX CORP (ZIXI.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
