Acquisition | ZIMVIE INC | 20th October 2025

Initially announced on July 21, 2025 ARCHIMED made a cash offer for ZIMVIE INC of USD 19 per ZIMVIE INC share held. ZIMVIE INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 10, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 20, 2025. Trading in shares of ZIMVIE INC is expected to be halted effective October 20, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ZIMVIE INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ZIMVIE INC (ZIMV.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 20/10/2025
