Acquisition | ZAMP SA | 9th December 2025

On August 7, 2025, MC BRAZIL F&B PARTICIPACOES S.A. announced a tender offer for acquisition of all the outstanding shares of ZAMP SA with cash term of BRL 3.50 per share held. The tender offer expired on September 8, 2025, with the offeror controlling 79.27 percent of the ZAMP SA share capital. On October 13, 2025, ZAMP SA announced that the offeror has reached the controlling approximately 85.01% of its total share capital. On December 2, 2025, ZAMP SA announced that the last trading in B3 S.A. ? Brasil, Bolsa will be December 2, 2025.In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ZAMP SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ZAMP SA (ZAMP3.SA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/12/2025
