Acquisition | WNS HOLDINGS LTD | 17th October 2025

Initially announced on July 30, 2025, CAPGEMINI SA made a cash offer for WNS HOLDINGS LTD of USD 76.50 per WNS HOLDINGS LTD share held. On August 29, 2025, WNS HOLDINGS LTD shareholders approved the merger transaction. On October 9, 2025, WNS HOLDINGS LTD announced that the scheme of arrangement has been sanctioned by the Royal Court of Jersey. Following receipt of the Scheme sanction, WNS HOLDINGS LTD expects that the Transaction will close on October 17, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• WNS HOLDINGS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of WNS HOLDINGS LTD (WNS.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/10/2025
