Acquisition | WILSON SONS HOLDINGS BRASIL | 29th October 2025

Initially announced on June 4, 2025 SAS SHIPPING AGENCIES SERVICES SARL made a cash offer for WILSON SONS HOLDINGS BRASIL of BRL 18.53 per WILSON SONS HOLDINGS BRASIL share held. On October 23, 2025 the results of the initial tender offer was announced with acceptances reaching 97.65 percent of the total shares outstanding of WILSON SONS HOLDINGS BRASIL. Shareholders, holding Remaining Free Float Shares are granted the option to sell their shares until 23 January 2026, or until the date of the extraordinary general meeting that may approve the Redemption. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove WILSON SONS HOLDINGS BRASIL giving 2 business days notice effective October 29, 2025 open.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• WILSON SONS HOLDINGS BRASIL will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of WILSON SONS HOLDINGS BRASIL (PORT3.SA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
